With exciting new sauces and ingredients, Sushi Avenue will be bringing innovative new sushi presentations to its retail partners in 2013. Titled “Fusion”, Sushi Avenue’s new updated product line will feature distinct ingredients, contemporary toppings and 4 additional new sauces, most of which have only previously been used in restaurants.
“We saw the opportunity to incorporate some of the things our award-winning restaurants were doing and jumped at the chance,” said Sushi Avenue founder and president, Nay Hla. “By bringing the best aspects of our restaurant experience to our retail partners, we will keep people’s interest in our products and brand,” said Hla.
New Fusion components include: Asian Purple Yams, Roasted Peppers, an Asian BBQ Sauce, a Roasted Pineapple Chili Sauce, Mango Habanero Sauce, and an updated Spicy Sauce, which uses a unique seven-spiced Japanese flavor blend.
