MINNEAPOLIS (January 28, 2013) - One Two Three Sushi is a new concept bringing sushi, ramen noodles and steamed buns to the fast casual dining scene. Guests will be able to select ingredients and customize orders according to their own tastes and dietary preferences. The flagship store will overlook the Crystal Court from the second floor of the IDS Center, opening early February. The 736 square foot space will have sixteen seats for dining in, but carry out will be the primary method of service. Sushi Avenue has once again, teamed up with Shea Inc. for conceptual design and architectural needs.
Customization of sushi rolls will set One Two Three Sushi apart from any other sushi option. Guests will move along a service line and will be able to choose between white or brown rice options before moving onto a large selection of seafood, meats, fresh vegetables, fruits, unique toppings and over nine different specialty sauces. In all, more than one million combinations will be possible. Quality ingredients are highlighted throughout the menu, which includes items such as Lobster, Softshell Crab and Snow Crab. For individuals who don’t wish to go through the selection process, several set options will be available for grab-and-go or immediate order. On top of sushi, there will also be several hot food and combination options, including three different ramen bowls and four different options for steamed buns.
