Masu Sushi & Robata is an award-winning full-service Japanese restaurant featuring sushi, noodles, robata, and other izakaya items. As the only restaurant in Minnesota with a fully sustainable sushi menu, Masu Sushi & Robata was also named as being one of the best new sushi restaurants in America in 2012, by Bon Appetit Magazine.

The Masu brand is the creation of Sushi Avenue and James-Beard award-winning chef, Tim Mckee, along with marketing design firm, Shea, Inc. The restaurant is a subsidiary of Sushi Avenue, a private, family-owned sushi company that provides turnkey fresh sushi solutions to supermarkets, universities, and foodservice organizations across the country. With over 18 years in the sushi industry, President and CEO, Nay Hla, founded Sushi Avenue in 2004, alongside his brother, Vice President Nay Lin. Together, they have turned it into one of the premier sushi businesses in the country.
